LISTEN AND HARNESS YOUR CONSUMERS PAIN In the USA this year it is estimated that 90% of the 200 billion e-mails sent each day are spam. It is not surprising therefore that fewer and fewer e-mails are being read. I suspects on a per capita basis the situation is not a lot different in Australia. This highlights how the world is changing and that consumers are feeling pain that can be relieved. Who would have thought 10 years ago that 200 billion e-mails might be sent each and every day in just one country – or that Wikipedia would have published 13 million articles in 200m languages in 14 years – and no one can deny the pain caused by SPAM, particularly after a period of leave.
