I often complain about the lack of ethics in our leaders in Australia. In my view, such complaints are well justified in my view. John Howard let the genie out of the bottle regarding racism. Kevin Rudd highlighted ‘the greatest moral challenge of our time’ and then walked away from it to devoting himself to beating the crap out of one of his own people. Julia Gillard was willing to hold on the office at any cost. Tony Abbott is a catholic without a Christlike bone in his body and is arguably the least moral Prime Minister we have ever had. All four wanted the job and not the moral responsibility that comes with it. In this article however, I wanted to focus on that makes an ethical leader and what are the benefits.
