It is a comforting feeling for some that they know the facts about the products or services they are purchasing – or not purchasing (as the case might be). The truth is however, few of us know the facts. Few of us have the inside knowledge we think we have and few of us apply the rational fact based analysis we might think we apply. Nonetheless, our perception is our reality and every purchase we make is based on perception not reality.
