SHOULD WE BE MORE SELECTIVE IN WHO WE WORK FOR? 5 QUESTIONS I recently completed a survey for a client in which their clients were asked what they like most and least about my client. One of the more common factors cited was – allocating the right team to each and every project. They appreciated the recognition that some people are more suited to some clients than others. Yesterday I had a conversation with a consultant from another firms who said he had not really enjoyed his day because he had been working with a client he had no empathy for and on a project he had no interest in. I am not just talking about people we consider unethical or immoral – but rather anyone we just done relate to or indeed any product we don’t relate to.
