Recently, a client told me – ‘I would not shop online on a mobile phone.’ Well that is great, and it might even be true, but the fact is, 50% of his market does! Mobile devices are being used for online shopping more and more – and further growth is inevitable. Another client told me – ‘I prefer to read than watch a video.’ Be that as it may – 80% of new content on social media in 2017 is video, making it by far the fastest growing format for online content. Thousands of hours are added to YouTube every minute. I was also told – ‘I don’t have a Facebook account, and I never want one. I cannot see the point.’ I can’t imagine he was lying, but…
