I might be different to many others but when I look out my office window onto the hoards on the street, I cannot see a single person whose opinion of me, I am interested in. Indeed, there are very few people I encounter each week whose opinion of me I can at all about. I just do not care what most people think of me, and that is despite being very interested in my personal brand. One of my very few political hero’s Paul Keating once said; ‘If you do not have enemies you haven’t done anything useful’. I could not agree more. While I am not looking for or actively encouraging people not to like me or what I stand for, I do not care what most of them think of me.
