On a net present value basis Channel 10 is attracting a fraction of the Channel 9 price Of course, we are not comparing apples with apples, given the fact that Alan Bond almost certainly paid over the odds, Channel 9 was the number one player in the market at the time and Channel 10 has been through a very turbulent period. The $560 m offer for Channel 10 is also still to be accepted All of this said, there is little doubt that the relatively low price being considered for the purchase…
