Anyone would think it is magic or a complex science – when it is neither. It is pretty simple really and there is certainly no magic that requires the engagement of consultants to manage your social media for you. Most articles on social media talk about how you talk to customers and potential customers and even how you engage with and develop a relationship with various audiences. Certainly social media can be very good for this so long as you have clear objectives, clear guidelines, a sound strategy and the necessary resources. Again, it is not hard.
